During this service the engine oil & filter are changed and more than 30 inspections and tests are performed. We recommended that this service be done at 6-month or at 5000 mile intervals for turbo engines and 7500 mile intervals for naturally aspirated engine. Please refer to our oil sticker in the window . During your service a complete inspection & servicing report is generated and given to you so that you can make an intelligent decision about your automotive needs.
    • *Left front parking light bulb inop. – Start with new halogen bulb, then reevaluate.
    • Front left parking light bulb – Remove and Replace
    • *Only symptom tech could feel was high vehicle vibrations when idling gear and engine lifts out of bay when under load. All caused by weak/worn motor mounts. – Recommend replacing both motor mounts.
    • ENGINE MOUNTS – Remove & Replace – Both

    • *Performed evacuation and recharge. Recovered .6 lbs out of a 1 lb system. Charged system to specifications and added dye. System is blowing at 50 degrees and holding vacuum.* AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC INSPECTION – A series of tests and a comprehensive inspection of your vehicles Air Conditioning System performed by a qualified, licensed and experienced technician that knows your BMW. Temperature readings are measured at A/C vent to ensure system is cooling to specification. A visual inspection of the a/c system is performed. Freon is recovered from system and the level documented. Once system is holding vacuum, Freon is refilled to factory specification utilizing the recovered Freon. Our provided Freon contains a colorless UV dye that will aid in tracing future leaks. If any leaks or failed components are present, an estimate of necessary repairs for the AC system will be provided. IF A/C STARTS TO BLOW WARM WITHIN 90 DAYS OF SERVICE, THERE WILL BE A $75.00 FOLLOW UP CHARGE TO RE-EVALUATE THE A/C SYSTEM (PLUS THE COST OF ANY ADDITIONAL FREON REQUIRED).

    • *Topped off coolant level in expansion tank and pressure tested system. Active coolant leak found from plastic thermostat at assembly and the plastic crossover pipe which connects it to the water pump. – Recommend new thermostat assembly and coolant crossover pipe, bleed system and retest.
    • WATER PIPE – Remove & Replace – Water Pump to Thermostat – Includes R&R thermostat assembly – Includes bleeding system
    • Connect flush equipment to remove existing fluid. Additional flush and cleaning chemicals may be added to assist in cleaning system contamination. Fill system fluid(s) to proper capacity with new fluid. Fluid additives and/or conditioners may be added to system. Leak test vehicle system. Perform final road test where applicable.
    • *Front brake pads are very low (3mm) and front rotors are rusted/pitted. – Recommend new front brake pads and rotors.
