- AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC INSPECTION – A series of tests and a comprehensive inspection of your vehicles Air Conditioning System performed by a qualified, licensed and experienced technician that knows your BMW. Temperature readings are measured at A/C vent to ensure system is cooling to specification. A visual inspection of the a/c system is performed. Freon is recovered from system and the level documented. Once system is holding vacuum, Freon is refilled to factory specification utilizing the recovered Freon. Our provided Freon contains a colorless UV dye that will aid in tracing future leaks. If any leaks or failed components are present, an estimate of necessary repairs for the AC system will be provided. IF A/C STARTS TO BLOW WARM WITHIN 90 DAYS OF SERVICE, THERE WILL BE A $85.00 FOLLOW UP CHARGE TO RE-EVALUATE THE A/C SYSTEM (PLUS THE COST OF ANY ADDITIONAL FREON REQUIRED).

- *Confirmed engine light illuminated. Scanned engine control module and recovered intermittent fault for "intake manifold tumbler flaps stuck in actuated position". Faults caused from carbon build up jamming internal unserviceable flaps inside of the intake manifold. – Recommend new intake manifold assembly. **Stored fault present for "thermostat jammed in open position". Fault cleared. Noted same fault that was cleared back on 01/23. – Recommend new thermostat.
