*Confirmed symptom. Scanned engine control module and recovered intermittent faults for "fuel system pressure too low", "fuel time bank 1 too lean", "Fuel pump mechanical malfunction", "fuel low pressure regulation" and "B1S1 o2 sensor sample error". Fuel gauge in red showing 1/8 tank. Added half a tank of fuel and fuel gauge moved to just over a half a tank, which appeared normal. Cleared faults and started engine. Engine started normally and ran well. Let vehicle sit over the weekend and retested. Engine started and ran well. Let vehicle sit overnight again and retested the following morning. Engine started and ran well. No faults returned. – No repair recommended at this time.

*Confirmed a front end noise when going over bumps. Visual inspection found multiple worn components includes torn lower ball joint boots with dry joints, cracked/split lower control arm bushings and tearing seeping axle outer cv boots. All were from excessive play and noise during shakedown. Noise may be coming from one or more of these components, or possibly from front strut mounts. – Diagnostic time required to strap microphones along front suspension components, test drive and isolate source of front end noise.
*Confirmed minor noise when braking. Noise is produced from brake pad material contacting rotors. Noise may resolve on its as pads continue to wear down. Currently front brake pads are still at 5mm and rears are at 9mm and all are functioning correctly. – Only way to ensure noise is alleviated is to replace all brake pads and rotors.
