- *All flashing lights work at this time. On cluster, right flasher does indicate faster than the left side. Never duplicated the opposite side of what was selected flashing. Found engine cover coated with rodent droppings. No damaged wiring found on surface, but does not rule out any damaged wiring behind panels. All the fuses were intact. Tech noted the fuse box covers (front and rear) were already removed prior to service, so someone else has been in there. The battery is tested very weak from engine bay jumping points (10.4v) and dropping below 9.5v on load test. Engine does not struggle to crank though. Faults for headlights are all adaptive headlight adjustment faults. There's LIN bus communication (communication gateway) faults in this car as well as communication faults for battery sensor. There could be a bad circuit board on one of these modules. There is a stored fault for the master light switch and it won't turn the headlights off. Light issue could be a culmination of several things (light switch and/or cluster and/or General module). – Recommend starting with new light switch, new battery sensor (part of negative cable), install and register new primary battery, clear faults and retest.
- *Completed. **Headlight switch fault cleared and now headlights can turn off through the switch. Fault set for right rear turn signal and intermittent right turn signal warning illuminates on cluster. Found LED portion of right bright light inop, and system defaults to flashing the right rear brake light instead. – Recommend new right tail light assembly.
