- Visual Vehicle Inspection
- *Could not duplicate noise on test drive. Only could hear a "clunk" sound from the worn front sway bar links, which were confirmed to have excessive play.
- FRONT STABILIZER BAR END LINK – Remove & Replace – Both
- *Could not duplicate noise on test drive. Verified the parking brake cable is still secured. – No repair recommended at this time. **Did note excessive vibrations at idle due to collapsed engine mounts. – Replace
- *Confirmed symptom. Performed test plan. Blower motor has failed. – Recommend new blower motor and resistor.
- BLOWER MOTOR & RESISTOR – Remove & Replace
- Perform Headlight Lens Restoration Service
- *Confirmed, returning stored faults "29f4/29f5 – Catalytic conversion/2". Possible failing downstream oxygen sensor, clogged catalytic converters and/or excessive vacuum in crankcase system. Technician did experience a slight rough idle on cold start. Smoked intake system and found no evidence of vacuum leak. Reset throttle adaptations, test drove vehicle and monitored O2 sensor values. All values currently within spec, engine running well and faults have not yet returned. – Will monitor. **Also stored emission fault "2A13 – DMTL tank leak diagnostic pump activation. Possible test pump failure and/or wiring issue. Fault cleared. – If fault returns, recommend scheduling for diagnosis.
